About Timmie

Timmie Horvath (she/her), RMT, CST, NHP, is a Registered Massage Therapist, Usui & Holy Fire Reiki Master Teacher, Craniosacral Therapist, and Natural Health Practitioner. A former Licensed Practical Nurse, Timmie has taught Yoga and Fitness classes since 2009 and continues to teach Zumba and Yoga classes in Edmonton, AB. In 2015, she founded Sacred Wellness School of Healing Arts, and in 2020, she started a Massage Therapy practice in St. Albert, AB. 

Training & Career Highlights:

  • Graduated from NorQuest College with a Practical Nurse Diploma and became a Licensed Practical Nurse in 2010
  • Became a Registered Yoga Teacher (YogaWorks 200-Hour Teacher Training) in 2009 and a Certified Fitness Instructor (YMCA Group Exercise Leader and canfitpro FIS) in 2010
  • Began teaching Reiki, energy healing, and natural wellness certification courses in 2015 
  • Completed Aromatherapy Certification and Aromatherapy Teacher Training in 2019, and has since completed advanced training in Essential Oil Safety, Essential Oil Kinetics, and Aromatic Skincare Completed training as a Flower Essence Practitioner through Wild Rose College and The Bach Centre in 2020 
  • Graduated from the 2200-Hour Massage Therapy Diploma at Vicars School of Massage Therapy in 2021
  • Completed the Master Herbalist Certification at Trinity School of Natural Health in 2022 
  • Became a registered Craniosacral Therapist in 2023, having studied from Upledger, Biodynamic, and Visionary schools of Craniosacral Therapy
