My intention with Massage Therapy is to support people with their overall mind-body wellness, as well as providing adjunctive support for maximizing their health and fitness goals. As a former LPN, I specialize in helping clients in managing chronic pain such as with TMJ syndrome, arthritis, fibromyalgia; working with clients with complex illness, including cancer and degenerative disease; and working with clients in alleviating the mental and physical effects of anxiety and depression.
These sessions integrate a variety of therapeutic massage techniques, including Swedish, musculoskeletal, trigger point, and myofascial techniques. Each session is tailored to your needs as per your assessment. Massage Therapy is an essential and effective healing modality that can help to support you in your healing, as well as optimize your overall health and wellness. Reiki

I am a Usui/Holy Fire® III and Angelic Reiki Master Teacher, and have taught Reiki and Energy Healing since 2015. The Holy Fire and Angelic Reiki frequencies are of the highest and purest vibration that are channeled directly from Source and the Angelic Realm. These Reiki frequencies provide a deeply cleansing and rejuvenating energy upgrade. At the same time, being energetic modalities, they are non-invasive and gentle, and always within the realm of what you can manage at the time.
This is an integrative energy healing experience, incorporating Reiki and Sound Healing using Tuning Forks. Crystals and chakra balancing techniques may also be used. This energy healing experience is ideal for people who require gentle, non-invasive complementary healing modalities that will not interfere with medical treatment those who have just had surgery, or are undergoing immunotherapy or chemotherapy. This integrative session combines a Massage treatment with Reiki. These sessions integrate a variety of therapeutic massage techniques and myofascial cupping. The energy portion will include Reiki, Sound, and Crystal Healing. Tuning Forks are used to create a pure sound frequency which is applied directly to certain meridian and reflex points, chakras, and areas of pain to release energetic blockages and allow the body to come into a cohesive state. Direct Billing
As a Registered Massage Therapist (RMT), my services are covered under insurance benefit plans that include Massage Therapy. We provide direct billing to most insurance companies at our clinic, but you are ultimately responsible for paying all fees at the time of your session if we are unable to submit your to your insurance company due to service outages or other reasons beyond our control.
We will always provide you with an official receipt with my RMT # so that if for whatever reason we are unable to direct bill at the time of your session, you can submit the receipt to your insurance company and they will reimburse you directly.
